I wanted to limit my second answer to what I could be sure about, since BE educational vocabulary is sufficiently different from AE that I wouldn't put it completely past them to say "full marks in a test. We could say "the top score", maybe. Or at least in the US , "I aced my presentation. If I wanted to use that expression, I'd say "I got full marks for my presentation. I'd say, given that the context indicates that your interlocutor knows that the presentation was in the past and that your learning your score on it was too, we can't use the present perfect 'I've got'. If were the case, awed congratulations would be in order!
